As Manager of Hispanic Services I oversee all of our Hispanic research projects. We conduct a wide variety of Hispanic projects including focus groups, IDI’s, B2B and Ethno’s. The Latin American Community in metro Atlanta is one of the fastest growing in the country which provides tremendous economic opportunities. Companies want to know what the Hispanic consumer is thinking, what are their needs, wants and spending habits. Our team provides high quality bilingual recruiting services to make sure clients gain that insight. Our Hispanic database includes both un-acculturated and acculturated respondents from a mix of all demographic segments.
I have more than 20 years management, supervisory, and training experience in both qualitative and quantitative research. My first management position was a quantitative Phone Center. I have also managed a Mall Facility, Focus Group Facilities, and the Market Research Department of an Advertising Agency that specialized in all types of Ethnic Research.
When at the office I am covering all of the bases associated with Hispanic research – from the initial project briefing through recruiting, equipment needs, bilingual staffing, translation and client services. I make sure the ethnic requirements of your project are not an obstacle but just another demographic.
In my personal time I like to read and listen to all types of music. I enjoy everything from old and new school R&B to contemporary Jazz and attending concerts. I also enjoy spending time outdoors, especially during spring and summer. I love gardening, playing in the garden is such a great stress reliever. I am considered by many to be a DIY’er. If it is broken I can fix it or if needed – I can build it. Just give me a hammer, drill, screw driver or a paint brush and I am ready for the challenge!
